Dining at Wildcatter Ranch

Wildcatter Steakhouse sits atop a bluff overlooking some of the most beautiful land in Texas.  The view from our restaurant is truly spectacular, but it’s the food and service that really make a visit to the Wildcatter Steakhouse truly exciting.  Our menu is true Texan from “hand cut” mesquite grilled steaks, barbeque, fresh fish and old standbys like chicken fried steak.  Compliment your meal with a glass of wine from our award winning wine list or a cold beer from our Blowout Saloon.    To read about the history of our restaurant click here. 

Wildcatter Steakhouse is located at 6062 Hwy. 16 South, Graham, Texas, about 7 miles outside the city of Graham and 90 minutes from Fort Worth, Texas.

Our menu features a selection of steaks hand cut in house along with local favorites such as Chicken Fried Steak and Ranch Burgers.
