Wind your way southeast (from Canyon Texas) to the state’s newest guest ranch, the Wildcatter Ranch, in Graham. “Activities include fishing, hayrides and historical tours,” said Wildcatter Ranch Manager Claire Spivey. “We want to offer an experience equal to our guests’ ability; so, we don’t force horseback riding that’s nose to tail. Visitors can ride alongside each other and visit.” The cabins that open this month have all been designed to tell a story about the history of the area and have private facilities, fireplaces, and front and back porches.
