The first floor of our Hotel is focused on corporate meetings and events.  We have several arrangements options in our five different meeting rooms to accommodate your group.      

Each one of our conference rooms has built in state of the art audio & visual equipment to ensure your meeting is a success.  Please visit with you meeting planner to discuss your audio/visual needs.    

This is what we do best.  Our own award-winning Wildcatter Steakhouse caters all of our meetings and events.  We have great menus for you to select from, however, our Chef is also able to customize the menu just for your special event.  We also have many options for bar service for your events. Ask your meeting planner about beverage service & snack options. We do not allow outside food and beverages at the Ranch.

What about teambuilding for my group?

Our 1,500 acres of untouched Texas landscape is the perfect playground for your company’s teambuilding.  Teambuilding at Wildcatter Ranch is a broad term.  We are able to customize activities to fit your group.  Whether it’s working cattle down at the Horsebarn, 6 Point Sport Clay Shooting, Half day Survival Course, or simply a wine tasting, we can do it all.     

How many hotel rooms do you have?

We have 16 luxury guestrooms we call our Lodge Rooms, each beautifully decorated depicting our local Texas history. The Hotel also has 16 guestrooms and we also have one guest house.  Most of our accommodations have two queen beds.
