First Course: Tito's Hand-made Vodka Shrimp Cocktail.
Second Course: Wild Mustang Salad.
Main Course: Garlic stuffed center-cut Prime Filet of Beef Tenderloin with Southwestern Cabernet demi-glaze on a potato nest.

Spend Easter Sunday at Wildcatter Steakhouse and enjoy our fabulous buffet! $35 per adult and $20 per child (ages 6-12, and 5 and younger eat free. The hours are 11:30-2:30. The Buffet includes: Crawfish Bisque, Cheese and Vegetable Platter, Rolls, Tri Tip Sirloin, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Ham, Boiled Shrimp Tortellini and Red Sauce, Roasted Garlic Jalapeno Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Chipotle Cheddar Grits, and Chocolate Fountain with assorted Berries and Fruit. |

Native Texas Landscaping Workshop |
Join Paul Dowlearn from Wichita Valley Landscape for a fun filled day learning the uses of native plants in home landscaping, collecting and propagating plants found on the ranch, and getting advice from Paul and his team on organic gardening. Workshop is 11 AM-4 PM at the Wildcatter Ranch in Graham, Texas. Cost is $35 per person and includes lunch. Call 940-549-3500 for reservations! Space is limited. |

Treat Mom to a special Mother's Day at Wildcatter Steakhouse. We will serve our buffet from 11:30-2:00 and the price is $35 per adult, $20 per child (6-12), and children under 5 eat free.
